  • At first cold symptoms: Lozenges totaling 75+ mg/day for up to 7 days.

Timing & Copper

Empty stomach absorbs best but can nauseate — try with protein. If taking >30 mg/day for a while, add 1–2 mg copper (10–15:1 Zn:Cu).
